Our Commitment
At Purus Lumina, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and replacements.
Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Products
Due to the hand-crafted, numbered batch nature of our products:
• Pre-order and limited edition products (Gemstone, Zodiac, Seasonal, Founder's Reserve, all Premium Collections) are non-refundable once production begins
• Each bottle is custom-sealed and numbered for you
• Production begins immediately upon order confirmation
Standard Returns (Core Range Only)
Core Range products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
• Product is unopened and unused
• Original packaging is intact
• Wax seal is unbroken
• Product is in resalable condition
To initiate a return:
1. Email hello@puruslumina.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization before shipping
4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Subscription Refunds
• Current period charges are non-refundable
• Cancel anytime at least 48 hours before next billing date
• No refunds for skipped or paused deliveries
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over
Damaged or Defective Products
We will replace any product damaged in transit or found to be defective:
• Report damage within 7 days of delivery
• Email hello@puruslumina.com with photos of damage
• Include order number and description of issue
• Replacement will be sent at no charge
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
Non-Refundable Items
• Opened or used products
• Products with broken wax seals
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital products or ritual guides
• Subscription fees for current billing period
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please request a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
