SHIPPING POLICY Effective: March 2026

Fulfillment & Processing All Purus Lumina products are hand-crafted to order: • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) • Made-to-order items: 4–6 week fulfillment window • Pre-orders: Ship according to scheduled release date • Orders are processed in the order received

UK Shipping We ship to all UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland):

Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) • £4.95 for orders under £50 • FREE for orders £50 and above

Express Delivery (1–2 business days) • £9.95 flat rate

Subscription Shipping • FREE UK shipping included on all subscription plans • Automatic delivery on your billing date

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations: • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient • Delivery times vary by location (typically 7–14 business days)

Shipping Restrictions • We do not ship to PO boxes • Isopropanol is shipped in compliance with UK hazardous goods regulations • Some international destinations may have restrictions on alcohol-based products

Order Tracking • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships • Track your order through the carrier's website or your Purus Lumina account • Contact us if tracking has not updated within 48 hours of shipment

Lost or Stolen Packages • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen packages • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier • We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature

Damaged in Transit • Report damage within 7 days of delivery • Email hello@puruslumina.com with photos of damage • Include order number and description of issue • Replacement will be sent at no charge

Address Changes • Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address • Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in additional shipping charges
