Fulfillment & Processing
- In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Pre-order items ship according to their scheduled release date
- Orders are processed in the order received
UK Shipping We ship to all UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) via DPD:
- Orders up to 1kg — £5.99 (3–5 business days)
- Orders 1kg to 2kg — £7.99 (3–5 business days)
- Orders over 2kg — £9.99 (3–5 business days)
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Subscription Shipping Free UK shipping is included on all subscription plans. Delivered automatically on your billing date.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. UK orders only.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- Isopropanol is shipped in compliance with UK hazardous goods regulations
Order Tracking
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
- Track your order via the carrier's website or your Purus Lumina account
- Contact us if tracking has not updated within 48 hours of shipment
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen packages
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature
Damaged in Transit
- Report damage within 7 days of delivery
- Email hello@puruslumina.com with photos and your order number
- A replacement will be sent at no charge
Address Changes
- Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address
- Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in additional charges
