Which size should I buy?

250ml — ideal for new patients or those cleaning infrequently. A good starting point if you're establishing a protocol for the first time.

500ml — the most popular size. Suits regular users maintaining a consistent cleaning routine.

1L — best value for established patients, caregivers managing multiple devices, or healthcare professionals requiring clinic-level supply.

How long does a bottle last?

Usage varies significantly depending on cleaning frequency, thoroughness, and how many components you maintain. Light users doing a quick weekly wipe-down may use 20–50ml per month. Heavy users doing full soaks and accessory cleaning can use 500ml–1L or more per month.

How do I use it?

For medical devices: Apply to a cotton bud, cleaning brush, or lint-free cloth. Clean the device chamber, mouthpiece, and airpath. Allow to fully evaporate before use. Do not spray directly onto electronic components.

For accessories (grinders, screens, mouthpieces): Fully submerge, soak, agitate gently. Rinse thoroughly under clean running water for a minimum of 60 seconds. Allow to fully evaporate and dry before reassembly.
