Device Traceability Records
For STORZ & BICKEL MEDIC devices, we retain the device serial number and associated customer contact details for at least 10 years after the device's end of service, as required by our distribution agreement. This supports device traceability and safety communications. These records are used for safety and compliance purposes, not to enrol you in marketing.
We may share relevant traceability information with STORZ & BICKEL or appropriate authorities when needed to investigate or respond to a device safety issue. Access is limited to those who need it for these purposes. Requests to delete information may be subject to applicable retention obligations.
