To make a privacy request, email privacy@puruslumina.com. Tell us which request you wish to make. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before responding. Please do not send identity documents unless we request them.
Access or download my data
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including account details and order history. Where applicable, you can also request your data in a portable format.

If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, tell us what needs correcting.
Delete my data
You can request deletion of your personal data. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or where another applicable legal basis permits retention.

Response time
We respond to privacy requests within one month. Where an extension is permitted for a complex request or multiple requests, we will inform you within that month and explain the reason.
