MIGHTY+ MEDIC Medical Vaporizer

The MIGHTY+ MEDIC is a portable medical vaporizer by Storz & Bickel, updated from the original MIGHTY MEDIC with faster heat-up, USB-C Supercharge function, and a redesigned ceramic-coated filling chamber. Intended for the consistent and controlled administration of prescribed cannabis-based medicinal products (CBPMs).

Device Care and Maintenance

Follow the current Storz & Bickel Instructions for Use for cleaning, disassembly and replacement of MIGHTY+ MEDIC components. Manufacturer instructions take priority over general device-care guidance.

• Follow the manufacturer's instructions for emptying and brushing the filling chamber, including temperature and handling precautions.
• Clean the ceramic-coated filling chamber only using methods and cleaning agents permitted by Storz & Bickel. Avoid abrasive materials.
• Inspect and replace screens according to the manufacturer's instructions and their condition. Genuine Storz & Bickel replacement screens are available in our Accessories and Maintenance collection.
• Disassemble the cooling unit as instructed by the manufacturer. Only immerse removable, non-electronic components where Storz & Bickel expressly permits it. Follow its component-specific instructions for cleaning agents, contact times, rinsing and drying, and allow parts to dry fully before reassembly.
• Never immerse the device, battery, charging port or other electronic components. Keep liquids away from electrical connections.
• Follow the manufacturer's instructions on replacement and reuse of dosing capsules, seal rings and other components. Do not assume every component is reusable.
• Allow the device to cool and disconnect it from power before cleaning, as directed in the Instructions for Use.

Purus Lumina Device Purification Solution is available in multiple sizes. Before using it on any device component, check that the manufacturer permits the cleaning agent and method for that specific part. Do not use it on electronic components.

Warranty

Covered by Storz & Bickel's manufacturer warranty: 2 years as standard, extended to 3 years upon device registration. Handheld devices are replaced rather than repaired. Return shipping is provided at no cost for valid warranty claims.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, this device can only be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the seal is unbroken. Once opened, the following applies: within 30 days, the device can be returned for a full refund or replacement if faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Between 30 days and 6 months, a faulty device can be repaired or replaced. After 6 months, Storz & Bickel's manufacturer warranty applies.

Regulatory Information

The MIGHTY+ MEDIC is a Class IIa certified medical device manufactured by Storz & Bickel GmbH and registered with the MHRA (UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency). It is intended for the administration of prescribed cannabis-based medicines in accordance with the manufacturer’s Instructions for Use and the prescribing clinician’s directions. Distributed in the UK by Purus Lumina Ltd in accordance with UK MDR 2002.
